FOSTV61 - Yellow, Fuschia and Black

I am doing a class at MCC and last week we were trying out various techniques of resist.  On this card I tried the Joseph's Coat technique with a set from Marks Finest Papers called Asian Delights.  Now compared to many of my FOSTV team colleagues card this lacks a little class but it was fun to try.  Don't forget to check out all their cards.

I used distress inks and glimmer mists first in yellows and pinks to create the background. Once it was dry I embossed the images in clear embossing powder and heated.  I then added lots of black (Adirondack Pitch Black).  When it was all dry I trimmed and attached to a bright pink panel and stitched it down.  The yellow card base is stamped with the pagoda image and the black panels are embossed.

OK it is now your turn to design a project to meet our colour challenge and you stand a chance of winning the set Enjoy the View.

You can check out the challenge over at MFPSpeedyTV and you will find it as FOSTV61.  Good luck and have a great week.
